Urban, city, or town planning is a sub-branch of land use planning that involves the built and social environments of municipalities and communities.

Building Law

Building- or Construction-Law describes the laws and regulations that govern permits for building, conditions for building, standards and requirements, distances to roads, other buildings etc.
