The regulations and provisions contained in Planning Law are addressed to the planning authorities of the federal government, the governments of the Cantons and the governing bodies of the communal municipalities.
Building Law
Building Law or Construction Law in a narrower sense is primarily addressed to all entities (private or public) that wish to construct, modify or demolish a building of any kind.
